What does that mean exactly?
Well, in order to get from A-Z, we must go through B-Y.
Most people want the pain of heartache to just go away. The truth is, no one wants to actually feel that kind of pain.
We want to "Get Over It", "Keep Busy", or reach for other avenues to dull or deaden the pain.
This is perfectly normal, because that's what we have seen and its what we have learned by example. Or when we do feel an overwhelming sense of loss, our mind and body reject all sensibility, because the pain, we think is too much to bear.
But once we wake from that deadened stupor, the pain is still there and sometimes it's followed by a massive headache.
