I just wanted to tell you that I found the group meeting to be very helpful, and I enjoyed meeting, listening to and conversing with everyone. In fact, I slept the whole night through without waking up one time until my alarm went off at 5:30 a.m. That has not happened for months! I was waking up at sometimes 1:30 a.m., but more often around 3:45 a.m. and having a problem going back to sleep. Also, I feel more rested than I have since I can't remember when.
